The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) under the leadership of Comrade (Prince) Dr. Adewale Adeyanju, congratulates Mr. Olalekan BADMUS and Ms. Vivian Edet, for their recent appointment as Executive Director (Marine & Operations) – Badmus; while Ms. Vivian Richard Edet as Executive Director (Finance & Admin), Nigerian Ports Authority by the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and Commander -In-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

Their promotions according to the Union did not just come on a platter of gold but as a testament of their uncompromising tenacity to hardwork, wealth of experience and track record of service delivery.

Comrade Adeyanju noted that the Union is highly delighted at their appointments especially at this critical time of the nation when inventive approach is needed to make the country’s seaports the hub of port users in the West Africa sub-region.

He further pledged an unalloyed support and cooperation that would engender industrial growth, peace and harmony in all the ports formations nationwide.

“Once again, we say congratulations to both Mr. Badmus and Ms. Vivian for the well deserved appointments,” he stated.
